Blue Collar Records is a full-service record label focused on providing artists with a solid foundation and the support they need to succeed in today’s market. We offer recording, promotion, and distribution services to musicians of all genres and styles. We pride ourselves on our ability to recognize, develop and maximize talent. Specifically, we are looking for high-character musicians with strong creative voices that connect with listeners in unique ways. Our current roster of acts span a wide variety of genres, including rock, pop, alternative, hip-hop, jazz, blues, R&B, and Americana.
Where major labels use a formulaic approach for each project, we put our artists first. We help to cultivate their sound, brand, and reach by providing them with the same level of resources afforded to major artists and connecting them with the right industry professionals. In addition to her position at Blue Collar Records, Isabella is a recording artist in her own right. Performing as IZ.M.B, she wrote and recorded her first album, Blue Collar Romeo, while still in high school. She is currently enrolled at Drexel University’s Westphal school where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry degree with a minor in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. Her focus as Blue Collar’s CEO is to put the artist and their music first.
G.B. graduated from Syracuse University in 1994 with a BFA. He is a visual artist, writer, and successful business owner. He enjoys an eclectic mix of musical genres, including rock, punk, rap, jazz, R&B, and Americana. In addition to his managerial duties at Blue Collar, G.B. makes it a point to personally listen to every submission we receive from artists.
Dan attended University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University where he earned a BA in Economics and Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. Over the last 30+ years, Dan has distinguished himself as a respected professional in the building products industry. His marketing expertise and business sense makes him and excellent addition to the Blue Collar team. In his downtime, Dan plays guitar and listens to his impressive collection of albums.
Grizz La Flare is a multi versatile artist/producer. He has traveled across the country in the pursuit of great music. Whether managing a downtown Los Angeles studio or creating beats in Woodstock, New York, Grizz’s passion for music and life shines through. Connecting with artists such as LosDaSavage, Zelly Ocho, and Matt Ox has helped him gain invaluable experience in the industry. Grizz’s expertise and guidance has allowed Blue Collar to develop a sophisticated approach to the hip-hop genre.
Aimee has been working in the wholesale manufacturing industry for 35 years. She has an Associate’s Degree in ‘numbers’ which she puts to good use! She enjoys reading, yoga, weightlifting, roller-skating, beating her husband at Scrabble and playing Fortnite with her two boys.

Arnez has worked with Philadelphia International and performed with artists such as Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, Sharon Page, The Stylistics and The Chi-Lites. He studied under accomplished musician and teacher Dennis Sandole. He was bassist and band leader for Fat Larry’s band for 8 years. He is also co-leader in the Steel Source Band, an Island Party band. Arnez has performed a wide range of music including R&B, Jazz, Reggae, Calypso, Caribbean, Rock, Socca and Hip-Hop.
